Join other moms to get fit and have fun.
My goal is to train for the Los Alamos Triathlon. This is a sprint distance TRI consisting of a 12.4 mile bike ride, a 400m swim and a 3.1 mile run. For those who aren't swimmers, this is a much shorter swim than standard, since that's as big as the pool is.
BUT, if doing a triathlon isn't your thing for whatever reason, that's OK! The triathlon is my goal, so set your own and come to any of the workouts that fit your goal. You can even put together a team to do the triathlon.

All fitness levels welcome, but most workouts will be geared toward beginning and intermediate athletes.

There is no fee to join, just show up! Training times are flexible...just let me know if there's a better time for you.
